BOOKING POLICY

All pet services follow a flexible booking policy. A booking can be made as late as 2-hours before the pet service(s).

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

A refund is automatic if the booked service has not begun or been delivered. A full refund is available and guaranteed if, and only if, a cancellation occurs a minimum of 5-hours before the scheduled booking time. A partial refund is granted if the booked service has begun but was not completed due to a last-minute cancellation. Discretion may be used with repeat clients.

PAYMENT METHODS

Once a booking request is submitted, Kim will confirm the booking date/time and additional details. Clients have the option of paying via Zelle, Paypal or via cash.

For Zelle or Paypal payment, Kim will provide you with her Paypal information. Payment will be required before a pet service has begun.

For cash payment, please leave your physical money on your kitchen counter with a note. Change will be provided when needed.

PRIVACY POLICY

No personal information is ever collected from your booking request, website search, or inquiry.

Kuddles & Co. values your privacy and promises to not change this Privacy Statement without notifying you. If changes are made, we will notify all clients via email or text.

Monday - Thursday: 8am -  5pm

Friday - ​Sunday: 10am - 5pm
